The following outlines were created while studying as a student at Whittier Law School. My outlines were customized for my particular textbooks and professors. You will learn best by making your own, but feel free to use mine as a supplement to your own.

By the time 2nd semester of my 1L rolled around, I realized that my brain can only hold a limited amount of information. 20 to 30 page outlines were soon forgotten while under the time pressure and stress of a law school exam. This is why I created condensed versions of my outlines - "CRAM PLANS " - to help memorize only the essential and core information of each subject.
